Cyber Solutions Inc. (CSI) was incorporated in the year 2003 at Quetta. The business objectives of CSI were to provide products, services and support for Information and Communication Technology (ICT). In a short span of 3 years, CSI established itself as a reliable business partner to a number of Public and Private Sector and Non Governmental Organizations. CSI successfully delivered projects to Quetta Development Authority, Pakistan Air Force and US-AID just to name a few. In the year 2006, due to circumstances beyond our control, CSI deferred active operations in Quetta. At this time international projects and web based services continued.
By 2010, Cyber Solutions Inc. had shifted its base of operations to Rawalpindi and its current location in Royal Plaza, 6th Road, Rawalpindi. CSI, during this course of time, went through major changes within organization structure and its processes. This helped define CSI long term goals and objectives providing a clear and more refined mission for success.
By 2012, Cyber Solutions Inc. has changed its strategy & expend its business globally and established strong relationships around the world and especially in USA corporate world and delivered the SERP, POS, SMN Services & Small Applications to the SME’s. CSI has also established its virtual office in Virginia to facilitate the US clients in physically.
By 2014, Cyber Solutions Inc. has opened a registered and established new company by name “Cyber Solutions LLC.” in Delaware, USA, and its liaison office located at 2179 Crystal Plaza Arcade, Arlington, Virginia, USA. Through this company now CSI has become legal IT Support Company and dealing as local registered entity in USA.
By 2015, Cyber Solutions Inc. wants to explore the UAE states and establish office to penetrate in the market and play major role in the field of IT. CSI is planning to work in different domains to facilitate the UAE customers like:
By 2017, Cyber Solutions Inc. achieved mile stone: Registered and get the Import & Export license from government authorities and now capable to import all items and goods from abroad and also can export to abroad. after getting the license CSI has provided goods importation services to its valued clients from different OEM’s Internationally.
By 2020, As the company grew with the passage of time, it evolved into a serious supplier and support partner. Many improvements within the organization structure and our processes were developed to ensure best quality products and after sales support to customers, both, at International and National levels.
What started out as a business venture with a handful of people, grew into a multi-location enterprise, having Head Office in Rawalpindi, and having registered company in Delaware USA, Support Offices in Peshawar, Karachi and Quetta.

CSI has the following divisions as of today:
Hardware:
A separate division that manages supply, installation, commissioning, maintenance and support of Laptops, Desktops, Servers, Hard Disks, Printers and related equipment. This division is currently powered by an “Active Partner” agreement with ACER, Certified “Channel Partner” with DELL, “Certified Partner” of HP Products and “Premium Authorized Re-seller” for AEG range of Compact Uninterruptible Power Supply System (CUPS Single Phase).
Software:
The role of this division is to cater for all business related to Operating Systems, Databases, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Business Intelligence and in-house customized software solutions. At present CSI is a “Ready Business Partner” of Red Hat Linux, “Authorized Mindjet Reseller” for Mindjet LLC, Symantec Anti Virus “Symantec Registered Partner” and Trend Micro “Bronze Partner” and Sophos “Silver Partner”
Networking:
The core activity of this division is to install, commission, maintain and support networking and related projects. All major brands including but not limited to CISCO, JUNIPER and Foundry are represented within this division, depending upon business requirements. Projects that include planning, laying, relocating, maintaining and supporting networks have been successfully delivered within challenging environments. At present CSI is a “Channel Partner” for the Allied Telesis Network Solutions.
Domain Registration, Web Hosting & Web Development:
The oldest division with continued business and customer retention close to 17 years now. Projects successfully delivered and supported pertained to Web based hosting and domain name registration solutions, website development and web based applications.
Consultancy:
A newly created division that addresses business needs of the market covering capacity building, training, process engineering and re-engineering, international standards review and suggestions, security, identity and access management and business intelligence solutions.
